Senior HRSD Integration Analyst / Employee Experience Engineer
Experience: 3-5 Years
Position Summary
We are seeking an HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Integration Analyst to help deliver modern employee experiences across HR, IT, and enterprise platforms. This role will design and implement integrations, workflows, self-service experiences, knowledge solutions, and employee productivity capabilities that simplify how employees interact with HR services.
This position is ideal for professionals who have worked with ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, employee portals, virtual agents, workflow automation, or digital employee experience platforms and are interested in evolving into AI-powered employee support solutions such as Moveworks and enterprise AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
•Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD solutions, employee service centers, and knowledge portals.
•Design integrations between HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Client 365, and other enterprise applications.
•Analyze employee journeys and identify opportunities to improve automation and self-service.
•Build workflows supporting onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, learning, and HR case management.
•Partner with HR, IT, Security, and Employee Experience teams to improve service delivery.
•Support conversational interfaces, virtual agents, knowledge management, and employee productivity solutions.
•Create requirements, process flows, integration specifications, and user stories.
Required Qualifications
•3-5 years of experience in:
oServiceNow HRSD
oEmployee Experience platforms
oHR technology implementations
oHR process automation
oEmployee self-service solutions
•Experience integrating Workday, ServiceNow, Client 365, Active Directory, or similar enterprise platforms.
•Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
•Experience with workflow automation and case management.
•Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and service delivery practices.
Preferred Qualifications
•ServiceNow HRSD certification.
•Workday integration experience.
•Experience with Virtual Agent or conversational technologies.
•Knowledge of Client Copilot, Power Platform, AI assistants, or chatbots.
•Experience supporting large enterprise employee populations.
•Exposure to knowledge management and enterprise search platforms.
