What would you do? • Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs• Minimum 3 to 5 years of payroll experience across countries such as US, UK, Europe, India, etc. • Understanding of payroll legislation, including: • • US W4 W2 Forms• • UK P60 P45 P11D• • Final Paycheck Laws• • State Reciprocal Agreements• Knowledge of payroll controls and checks to ensure payroll accuracy, such as: • • Payroll reconciliation• • Variance analysis• • Zero or Negative Net Pay reports• • Duplicate payment• Knowledge of ERP applications such as:• SAP• Workday• PeopleSoft• Good Excel skills including:• VLOOKUP• Pivot Tables• Payroll certification is an added advantage.• Understand and perform the full range of payroll processes, including:• Payroll inputs• Payroll controls and checks• Payroll reports• Payroll inquiries• Year-end activities• Ad hoc payroll activities
What are we looking for? • Clear understanding of performance metrics and reporting mechanisms.• Ability to improve measurement systems and reporting effectiveness.• Ability to plan and allocate work efficiently.• Support daily reporting and management operating systems (MOS).• Guide team members on responsibilities and process understanding.• Resolve process-related issues promptly.• Participate in team-building activities.• Conduct training needs analysis using quality reports and knowledge assessments.• Create effective quality control (QC) and audit mechanisms to meet service levels.• Support training and knowledge-sharing• 3 to 5 years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of ERP applications such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc. • Understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements. • Experience performing payroll validations and control checks. • Familiarity with payroll reconciliation and reporting activities. • Payroll certification is preferred. • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel functions including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. • Strong verbal and written communication skills
