Job Description:
The HR Partner plays a key role in fostering a positive, productive, and people focused workplace by partnering closely with leaders and team members across the organization. In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping drive employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience by supporting managers through complex people related matters, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and compliantly. Monthly compensation: 1300 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Update and maintain job descriptions across assigned departments.
- Initiate Workday business processes for Quarterly Conversations and Performance Appraisals.
- Conduct Culture Environment Surveys and analyze findings to support workplace improvement initiatives.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce effectiveness programs.
- Proactively monitor employee concerns and identify opportunities for intervention and support
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned departments and leadership teams.
- Update scorecards and performance tracking information in BloomGrowth.
- Maintain personnel records, HR documentation, and internal employee databases.
- Support leaders with talent development planning and employee discipline recommendations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance achievement and employee engagement activities.
- Partner with Team Leaders and Directors to create employee cases and facilitate feedback discussions.
- Execute employee transfers, promotions, and internal movement processes within Workday.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications activities, including company wide events.
- Research industry trends and HR best practices to improve policies, procedures, and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations
- Manage birthday and work anniversary card automation processes.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, morale, retention, and productivity.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports for department leaders and HR leadership.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues through objective and thorough investigations.
- Conduct onboarding and induction calls for new team members.
Requirements:
• Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (US)
• 2-3 years of experience as HR Generalist, HR Partner, or similar roles.Â
• Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑location organizations.Â
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Â
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment regulations.Â
• Experience supporting managers and resolving complex employee relations issues.Â
• High emotional intelligence, active listening, and strong confidentiality ethics.Â
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Â
