Recruitment Operations & Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

Our partner is a roll-up startup focused on staffing and AI automation. We acquire and operate staffing businesses and use AI to automate and scale how they run — combining the cash flow and customer base of established staffing operations with modern automation. They're NYC-based and early-stage.

Job Posting & Platform Management

• Create, publish, and maintain job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, BrightMove, and other appropriate channels. 
• Post roles for clients and partners through Pioneers, the Indeed extension, and email requests. 
• Follow platform-specific posting and cleanup guidelines to keep listings accurate, consistent, and up to date.
• Refresh, edit, and close out postings as roles progress or expire.

Applicant Data & Pipeline Operations

• Manage applicant scraping and capture applicant details accurately.
• Download applicant CVs and organize them in our database.
• Keep the candidate database clean and de-duplicated.

Candidate Sourcing

• Proactively source candidates for active roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority openings.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and track engagement.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience in recruitment operations, sourcing, talent acquisition support, or a similar high-volume coordination role.
• Hands-on familiarity with job boards and ATS platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, and BrightMove strongly preferred).
• Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to find and engage qualified candidates independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and record-keeping.
• Comfort following structured, platform-specific guidelines and process documentation.
• A reliable internet connection and the ability to work full-time hours with consistent availability.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with MSPs or staffing agencies.
• Familiarity with applicant scraping tools and browser extensions.
• Experience supporting US-based or international clients across time zones.
