Business Development Officer (New Business)

Job Description:

- Develop and implement new business opportunities, creating and executing plans for new features and services.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and propose strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

- Improve and optimize business processes, working to enhance efficiency and clarity across the organization.

- Build strong relationships both externally and internally, across departments, to influence outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.

- Provide administrative support relating to new business launch as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with experience in business development or market research.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate across teams.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, optimize processes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Have knowledge in overseas education is a plus.

- Excellent command of English.
