The HR Operations Specialist drives our mission by supporting the HR team and working with employees across the business to ensure Tesla is a great place to work for everyone. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative and trustworthy.

This role is responsible for supporting HR core operations in Korea, including Compensation & Benefits, People Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and other HR administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with HR Partner & support with employee relations tasks for seamless HR experience
• Ensure the output of daily work supports the work of other teams e.g. Payroll, Benefits, HR Partner
• Make sure that operational processes, procedures, and policies are in accordance with current employment standards and regulations
• Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
• Ensure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner
• Be able to pull reports and provide analytics related to people metrics
• Support any other special projects as needed
  

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience in local HR operations is a plus
• Evidence of exceptional interpersonal skills
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism
• Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or related fields
• Strong skills using MS office
• Fluency in Korean and English
