Key Responsibilities

Maintain HRIS data integrity and support system improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or related functions.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in generic data analysis tools.
Experience with HRIS platforms and knowledge of HR compliance practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
