HR Operations Coordinator

HR Operations Coordinator – Global Wave Group 

Location: Auckland CBD (Office based) 

Working hours: 12 – 8:30 P.M. from Monday to Friday 

Reports to: HR Specialist 

Role Purpose 

The HROperationsCoordinator willsupport the day-to-day HR activities of the New Zealand office and ensureHR processes are delivered smoothly and consistently.
This role works closely with employees, managers, and internal teams to support employee experience, HR administration, policy implementation, and general people operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters. 

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes. 

• Maintainaccurate employee records and HR documentation. 

• Support the implementation of HR policies and internal procedures. 

• Assist employees and managers with general HR enquiries and operational matters. 

• Support attendance, leave, and other employee administration processes. 

• Assist with employee relations matters whenrequired. 

• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience. 

Essential Requirements 

• Previous experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role is preferred. 

• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal). 

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally. 

• Able to work independently and collaborate with different teams. 

• Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
