About the Role:

We are looking for an operational Labour Law & Payroll Implementation Consultant to act as the primarySingle Point of Contact (SPOC) for our New Labour Codes implementation initiative. Please note: This is a3-month contract role, subject to extension based on business needs. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our selectedExternal Principal Advisory Team to translate their legal guidance, strategic frameworks, and compliance blueprints into execution across our HR operations, payroll, and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between high-level legal strategy and ground-level operational execution—ensuring smooth change management, accurate salary structure migration, and seamless coordination across HR, Payroll and other relavent teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the central focal point and primary liaison between the external Labour Law Advisor, internal stakeholders (HR, Finance & Legal,), and third-party vendors.

2. Track new labour code implemenation milestones and report progress or escalations to HR Ops.

3. Work closely with HR Ops in implementation of the New Labour code across the MoE, India.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate or Certified Labour Law / Payroll Professional.
2. Good communication and presentation skills
3. Flexibility & Open to work from office
4. Exprience: 3 to 5 years
5. Preferable: Hands-on experience in Labour laws and Payroll
