Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Work with business and HR leaders to ensure processes (grading, salary setting, merit increases, bonus scheme, performance management etc.) are utilized effectively to ensure internal equity, external market competitiveness and drive employee engagement and productivity. • Ensure that local sales and operative incentives, recognition, employee benefit, retirement and well-being approaches are aligned with ASSD’s total reward and performance management philosophies, are adjusted to ensure relevance in the local market and are compliant with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.• Work with the HR Director to manage the annual merit review and bonus scheme processes across the organization.• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate accrual of compensation and benefit programs.• Provide support for managers and employees on queries relating to reward recognition and performance management.• Set appropriate ranges for reward decisions (merit increase ranges, one-time allowances) which are approved • Support the talent management COE with salary setting for new hires• Manage Unit employee benefit insurance renewals and retirement / pension matters• Ensure local reward structures are aligned with the total reward principles and that local employment costs are controlledDisclaimer:
