About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactiveHR Intern – Internal Communications to join our HR team. You will support initiatives that keep employees informed, connected and engaged, while helping HR communicate important updates in a clear and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for internal communication channels and HR campaigns.

- Develop simple visual materials and creative assets using tools such asCanva or PowerPoint.
- Work with different HR team members and business stakeholders to gather information and turn it into clear, employee-friendly communications.
- Maintain the internal communications calendar and ensure communications are delivered in a timely manner.
- Support employer branding and culture-related initiatives where required.
- Track employee participation and engagement with internal campaigns and suggest ways to improve future initiatives.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree inHuman Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative with a good eye forcontent, visuals and presentation.
- Comfortable usingCanva, PowerPoint or similar design tools.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
- Interest inHR, employee engagement, company culture and internal communications.
- Prior experience with content creation, social media, design or event planning would be an advantage.
