HR AnalyticsIntern (Part-Time) Location: Allston, MA (In Office)
Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week (Flexible) Launch YourHR Career Through Data MAB Community Services is seeking a detail-orientedHR AnalyticsIntern to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who enjoys working with data and wants hands-on experience using analytics to support strategicHR decisions. The ideal candidate has experience withMicrosoft Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and an interest in workforce analytics, budgeting, and reporting. You will help transformHR data into meaningful dashboards and reports that support organizational decision-making. What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports.
  • Analyze workforce data, including overtime, staffing levels, longevity, turnover, vacancies, recruitment metrics, and labor costs.
  • Assist with budget tracking and workforce planning reports.
  • Compile and analyzeHR and Talent Acquisition data from multiple sources.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Create reports and presentations forHR leadership and executive teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and assist with ongoing data validation.
  • Support specialHR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working withHRIS or payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics or financial reporting.
