Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US HR Executive with strong knowledge of US immigration processes to support our US staffing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end US immigration processes (H1B, H4, LCA, OPT, CPT, GC EAD, etc.).
• Maintain and update employee immigration records and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys and consultants for visa filing and extensions.
• Track visa validity, I-94, passport expiry, and work authorization.
• Assist employees with immigration-related queries and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with US immigration laws and company policies.
• Support HR operations related to onboarding, documentation, and audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in US HR / Immigration.
• Strong knowledge of US visa types and immigration procedures.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Any degree or master's qualification.
