HR Generalist (temporary)

This role is a temporary replacement for 6 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage employee lifecycle processes from hiring and onboarding through employee movements and separation.
• Collect, validate, and submit payroll, attendance, leave, and time-correction inputs.
• Maintain accurate employee and organizational data in Workday and other HR systems.
• Support benefits, statutory documentation, leave administration, and employee records.
• Coordinate recruitment administration, offers, pre-employment activities, and joining formalities.
• Manage onboarding, induction, offboarding, exit interviews, and separation documentation.
• Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, vacancies, turnover, absenteeism, payroll, and employee movements.
• Address employee concerns and support people leaders with policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and corrective actions.
• Ensure confidentiality, compliance, data accuracy, and timely completion of all HR processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 4 to 7 of relevant HR operations or HR generalist experience
• Practical experience in payroll, time and attendance, Workday, employee data, and lifecycle administration
• Good knowledge of local employment legislation and statutory requirements
• Strong attention to detail, process discipline, confidentiality, and stakeholder management
• Manufacturing or multi-site experience preferred
