HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage and coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment documentation, new hire orientation, employee transfers, exit procedures, and coordination with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• HR Administration & Operations: Handle daily HR operations including employee records, HRIS updates, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and supporting the resolution of employee matters to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Support the implementation and coordination of performance reviews, probation assessments, and other performance management processes.
• Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistent understanding across the team.
• Other General Support: Provide ad-hoc HR and administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth running of HR and office operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a generalist or HR Manager role covering both HR and office admin responsibilities.
• Solid knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
