The Culture Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping, nurturing, and amplifying the organizationās culture. This
role requires a passionate professional with strong experience in company culture initiatives, Diversity, Equity &
Inclusion (DEI) programs, and cross-functional HR projects that influence employee experience.
The Culture Specialist partners closely with HR, business leaders, and employee groups to drive initiatives that
foster belonging, collaboration, values alignment, and a positive workplace environment.
ResponsibilitiesĀ
Culture Stewardship & Programs
⢠Design, implement, and manage culture-focused initiatives that align with organizational values
and long-term people strategy.
⢠Conduct employee listening activities (surveys, focus groups, pulse checks) and translate
insights into actionable culture roadmaps.Ā
⢠Facilitate culture workshops, training, and engagement campaigns.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
⢠Lead DEI initiatives such as awareness campaigns, inclusion programs, learning sessions, and
ERG support.
⢠Partner with DEI councils/committees to measure progress against DEI goals.Ā

⢠Drive programs that promote cultural awareness and inclusive workplace behaviorsĀ
HR Collaboration & Cross-Functional WorkĀ
⢠Own or support HR projects that overlap with cultureāonboarding, performance
management, engagement, recognition, leadership development, etc.Ā
⢠Support change management initiatives related to culture and employee experience.Ā
⢠Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR Ops to embed culture into people processes.Ā
Data, Metrics & CommunicationĀ
⢠Track culture and DEI impact metrics; present insights to HR leadership.Ā
⢠Build communication strategies to cascade culture initiatives across business units.Ā
⢠Develop storytelling assets (newsletters, videos, visual journeys) to promote culture themes.Ā
