HR Coordinator

Our Client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a HR Coordinator for their Lisle, IL/Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Provides transactional and administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include processing tuition assistance requests, recognition award payments, employment verification letters, voluntary employee exits, and other routine HR transactions.
• May also provide preboarding support for new hires as business needs require.

• This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• The individual must be comfortable working with confidential employee information, navigating HR systems, and following established processes to ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely.
• The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and able to quickly learn HR processes, systems, and technology.
• At least 2 years of human resource experience
