Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focusedHR Coordinator to support daily human resources functions includingrecruiting, onboarding, payroll support, accounts payable, and employee engagement. This role is essential to ensuring a positive employee experience from hire to retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinaterecruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Manage and executenew hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Support payroll functions (Workday experience preferred)
• Assist with accounts payable and invoice filing
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Maintain PBJ reporting - experience with PBJ preferred
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires

Qualifications

• PriorHR experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred)
• Experience withpayroll processing (Workday preferred)
• Experience with accounts payable management preferred
• Strong recruiting and onboarding experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Passion for creating agreat employee experience
