About The Job:
- We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 5–8 years of experience, preferably from IT/Technology organizations.
- The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, improve retention, support performance management, and provide data-driven insights to enable business decisions.
Essential Job Functions:
Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across the business.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Analyze attrition data and implement retention strategies in collaboration with business leaders.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Performance & Talent Management
- Drive the end-to-end performance management process.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Identify learning and development needs in partnership with business leaders.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and present HR dashboards, including headcount, attrition, retention, hiring, and engagement metrics.
- Develop management presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of HRBP experience, preferably in an IT/Technology organization.
- Strong experience in employee relations, retention, and exit interview management.
- Experience creating HR dashboards, MIS reports, and leadership presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms and HR analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
