Role Summary 

• As People Partner, this role will be responsible for entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit for assigned division.  

• Work Location: Chennai (Work from Office)  

•  No of Positions: 1 (Chennai) 

• Shift: UK shift  

Core Duties/Responsibilities  

• Responsible managing the HRBP, Operations & HR initiatives for the Bengaluru/Chennai location.

• Proficiency on MS Office tools

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for respective business unit(s) 

• Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience Driving Engagement activities for specific BU as well as Bengaluru / Chennai location. 

• Working with respective Business leaders and HR director for implementation of business Unit specific HR programs, employee connects 

• Work with the respective HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly. 

• HR metrics tracking, analysing, and reporting with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement. 

• Support retention discussions, management and facilitate towards proactive retention strategies. 

• Support halfyearly Performance Management, Rewards, Engagement, Fun & CSR initiatives.    

• Policy and Process implementation/ communication to the team members 

• Employee Relations - Issue/ Query resolution, grievance handling 

• Support various types of people issues, viz performance, absenteeism, behavioural, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity, POSH 

Qualification / skills required: 

• Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from leading Institute
