About the Role
At Toll Group, we are looking for a passionate and proactiveHuman Resources Advisor to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys providing practical people support, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to a positive employee experience. Working closely with leaders, employees, and HR colleagues, you will deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support our people and business objectives.
A day in the life of a Human Resources Advisor at Toll Group
·        Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees on a range of people matters.
·        Coordinate key people processes including performance reviews, talent activities and salary reviews.
·        Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contracts, employee changes and offboarding.
·        Support employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations and workplace concerns.
·        Analyse workforce data and provide insights that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
·        Contribute to HR projects, organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications
·        Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline.
·        Experience in a broad HR generalist role.
·        Demonstrated understanding of employment legislation and employee relations practices.
·        Experience supporting organisational change and business improvement initiatives.
·        Strong HR administration and data management capability.
·        Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
