• Skills mapping
• Reviewing job-related data for accuracy
• Making judgment calls on skills and classifications
• Examples of work:
• Copying structured job data into Oracle fields
• Validating system-generated skills
• Determining whether skills appropriately match job profiles
• Although much of the work is administrative these individuals need enough HR knowledge to make informed decisions rather than simply performing data entry.

Ideal background:

• Broad HR knowledge ( "jack of all trades”)
• HR Shared Services–type experience
• Comfort with HR systems and data
• Enough business acumen to make judgment calls
