HPE Networkingでは、東京を拠点とするサービスプロバイダー向けシステムエンジニアリングチームの一員として活躍いただく、高い専門性と意欲を持ったテクニカルセールスエンジニアを募集しています。

本ポジションは、通信事業者（Service Provider）のお客様に対してHPE製品およびソリューションの提案活動を推進し、ビジネス機会の創出と売上拡大を担う重要な役割です。

【主な業務内容】

• 通信事業者向けアカウントチームと連携し、お客様へのアーキテクチャ設計およびソリューションコンサルティングを提供する。
• お客様との信頼関係を構築し、長期的なビジネスパートナーシップを発展させる。
• HPEの製品・ソリューションに関するプレゼンテーションを顧客やパートナー向けに実施するとともに、各種セミナーやイベントで講演を行う。
• お客様、業界団体、製品マネージャーと密接に連携し、通信事業者向けソリューションおよびそのビジネスケースの企画・開発を行う。
• 競合他社の製品やサービスに関する理解を深め、市場動向を把握する。
• 営業担当者と協力し、お客様ニーズに対する自社製品の適用可能性を評価する。また、製品・アプリケーション・ソリューションの開発および導入に必要な詳細仕様書の作成を支援する場合がある。

【期待される役割】

• 大手通信事業者向けのプリセールスエンジニアリングおよび営業プロセスについて十分な理解を有していること。
• 技術的な内容を、技術部門の意思決定者を含むさまざまな聴衆に対して分かりやすく説明できる優れた文書作成能力、コミュニケーション能力、およびプレゼンテーション能力を有していること。
• アカウントレベルおよび案件レベルの営業戦略立案に貢献すること。
• 既存顧客との関係を強化し、信頼されるアドバイザーとしての立場を確立すること。
• 特定の顧客や案件において技術面でのリーダーシップを発揮し、必要に応じてデモやPoC（評価試験）を自ら実施すること。

【求める人物像】

• 関連分野で5年以上の実務経験を有すること。
• 英語による読み書きおよび会話ができることが望ましい。
• HPEおよび業界の通信事業者向け製品・ソリューションに関する知識を有していることが望ましい。
• IPバックボーンネットワーク、モバイルネットワーク、セキュリティ、自動化など、先進的な通信事業者向けソリューションおよびアーキテクチャに関する知識を有していることが望ましい。
• アカウント営業担当（Account Executive）と連携した技術営業経験を有し、お客様のビジネス課題解決に向けた通信事業者向けソリューション提案の経験を持つこと。
• HPE認定資格、または業界認定資格を保有していることが望ましい。
• 他ベンダー製品に関する同等の知識・経験、および業界で認知された非HPE資格についても評価対象となる。
• 大手通信事業者顧客を担当するため、複雑かつ大規模なソリューションの設計・提案・販売経験を有していること。
