Housekeeping Supervisor

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in supervising the activities of the space cleaners assigned to your department.
  
• Assist the Supervision of other areas of housekeeping where necessary (Laundry, Rooms, Furniture Division).
• Assign team members their duties and inspect work for prescribed standards of cleanliness.
• Prepare a work schedule for the night crew for the cleaning of the carpet and other areas assigned to your department.
• Communicate with the Quality Assurance Department and other departments on special cleaning instructions for events, etc.
• Investigate complaints regarding the cleaning service and take corrective action.
• Prepare assigned Housekeeping Reports.
• Make sure there is no waste of products and materials.
• Ensure that team members handle supplies with care. Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
