Pay: $18–$19 per hour
Schedule: 24–32 hours per week
Shifts Available: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Rossmoor Post Acute is looking for a dependable and hardworkingHousekeeper to join our team! If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming, we would love to hear from you.

As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Your work helps support resident health, safety, and overall quality of life in our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Dust and clean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, handrails, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces to help maintain a healthy environment.
• Follow established infection control procedures and facility cleaning standards.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and according to instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow safety procedures, including placing caution signs when floors are wet and storing cleaning chemicals properly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or resident concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
• Notify the Director of Housekeeping when cleaning supplies need replenishment.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work independently and collaboratively to maintain facility cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and respectful approach when working around residents.

Pay and Schedule

• $18–$19 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time opportunity with approximately24–32 hours per week.
• Available shifts:Morning: 9:00 AM–5:00 PMMidday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
