About the Role:ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team in New Augusta, MS! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a trusted cleaning service where your hard work and attention to detail truly make a difference. Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
  • Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap in designated areas
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to a supervisor
  • Follow all company cleaning protocols and safety procedures
  • Manage time efficiently to complete assignments within scheduled timeframes
Requirements:
  • Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites in the New Augusta, MS area
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
