Help keep our hotel clean, welcoming, and ready for every guest. Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown is seeking a dependable House Attendant to support the Housekeeping team, maintain public areas, and respond promptly to guest requests. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works well with others, and takes pride in a job well done.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain hallways, elevators, stairwells, public restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Support Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Collect soiled linens and trash from designated areas and transport them to the appropriate locations.
• Respond courteously to guest requests for towels, toiletries, and other approved items.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean glass and fixtures.
• Keep linen closets, storage rooms, and housekeeping service areas organized and stocked.
• Assist with scheduled deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects.
• Report maintenance needs, damaged items, and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow guest privacy, room-entry, key-control, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Safely use cleaning products and equipment according to hotel procedures.
• Communicate completed assignments and outstanding requests to the Housekeeping team.
• Perform other assigned duties within the role to support hotel operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous hotel housekeeping, custodial, or professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and guest service.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize assignments, and work independently.
• Dependability and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential duties, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting supplies, and pushing linen or supply carts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
