Creator Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

Nurture top creators and track their performance in order to help ramp up their sharing and audience growth while improving content quality；

Creator support, making sure we help creators solve different issues in order to enhance their experience in the platform；

Work closely with Product, Marketing to implement campaigns to increase activity of creators；

Plan and execute online and offline creator community events, aimed at improving creator engagement and loyalty to the platform；

Weekly reporting of activities and its impact to the overall business goals.

Requirements:

3+ years experience of relevant work experience in creator/influencer management；

Data driven and have good sense of business;

Experience and passion for social media platforms；

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills；

Strong understanding of Colombian and Spanish speaking countries creator ecosystem；

Strong background in community building in LATAM market；

100% bilingual English & Spanish.
