As a Cook, you'll have the opportunity to prepare culinary offerings for guests in the Tap Room, 1741 on the Terrace, Musical Sunday Brunch, and our seasonal Patio dining experience. Position Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food while maintaining the standards of Historic Hotel Bethlehem. This position works closely with the culinary team to ensure consistency, efficiency, food safety, and exceptional guest satisfaction across all dining outlets and special events.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoys collaborating with others, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and timely execution during service.
• Assist with food preparation, station setup, and kitchen organization.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Contribute ideas to improve menu execution, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Support banquet, brunch, restaurant, and seasonal dining operations as needed.

Compensation

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
