Hospitality Ambassador

Location: South San Francisco

Salary Range: $20- $30/hr.

Introduction

This customer-facing, onsite role within Site Services is responsible for delivering a high-touch, white-glove hospitality experience while ensuring secure campus access in partnership with Security. You will act as the first point of contact in lobbies and support daily operations impacting a large, high-visibility workforce.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 3–4 years experience in corporate hospitality or high-end service (luxury hotel, retail, concierge, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Ability to learn new systems (visitor management, call center tools)
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees and visitors
• Provide high-level, professional service with a “heart for service” mindset
• Partner closely with Security to protect people and assets
• Manage visitor check-in, badge assignment, and host notifications
• Support vendor deliveries, special requests, and VIP interactions
• Manage programs like parking placards and lobby amenities
• Support gnExpress delivery service and maintain lobby supplies

• Fully onsite work schedule (5 days/week)
• Shift options: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Mandatory bi-weekly Thursday meetings (until ~6:30 PM)
