Hiring Range:
$61.34 - $160,763.20(based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).
Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Per Diem ScheduleÂ
Flexible schedule with 10 hour shifts, minimum shift commitment of 4 shifts per monthÂ
Collaborative, team-based model with Hospital Medicine Attendings and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Epic EMR and integrated clinical systemsÂ

ResponsibilitiesÂ
Perform and document complete history and physical exams
Develop diagnoses and treatment plans based on clinical evaluationÂ
Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studiesÂ
Participate in daily inpatient rounds and document progress notesÂ
Collaborate with consulting services and interdisciplinary teamsÂ
Perform routine bedside procedures per delineation of privilegesÂ

Qualifications:  Â
A Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Â
Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable) Â
Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required. Â
