Under the general direction of the Director of Support Services and the direct supervision of the Lead Security Receptionist: Provides friendly, competent and professional reception services in an efficient and timely manner to all patients, visitors and staff at the hospital lobbies.Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Part Time (42 hours every two weeks)
Shift Length: Wk 1: Sun, Wed-Fri 2:30p-9p
Wk 2: Mon, Wed, Sat 2:30p-9p
Weekend Frequency: Every other weekend
Wage Range: $14.85-$20.80
Required Education: High School diploma or GED
Meet and Greet
- Greets and assists all patients, visitors and staff with way-finding, information and other requests in a friendly, capable and professional manner.
Lobby Oversight
- Monitors hospital lobbies (including entryways and adjoining common space); promptly addresses and reports safety, security, housekeeping, customer service and other concerns that may negatively impact patients, visitors and staff.
Workspace Cleanliness
- Maintains an efficient, professional workspace including: lobby desks, entryways and common spaces.
Reception Communication
- Initiates and maintains communication with other reception positions; is liaison with on- duty Security Staff to communicate relevant information.
