Anesthesiologist opportunity with collaborative team at St. Joseph's Healthcare System in Savannah, GA. St. Joseph’s Hospital has been part of this growing community since 1934, caring for generations of patients of all ages. Extremely skilled and experienced physicians, including those with national and international reputations, cover more than 70 specialties—such as surgery, internal medicine, neurology, and cardiology. A new six-story tower with 90 private patient rooms features a covered drop-off entrance and convenient ground-floor registration for patients. Our care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence.

Case Assignments
• Cardiac, general, peds, ortho, neuro, vascular, and endo. 
• No OB

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine 
• Fellowship Trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology 
• ECFMG and FLEX 
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia 
• Currently licensed as a physician
