GTM Engineer – London, United Kingdom

This role sits at the front of our revenue funnel: generating and qualifying demand for Holistic AI's enterprise AI governance platform. You'll create high-quality pipeline through outbound, inbound follow-up and campaign support, working closely with Marketing and Sales.

Success is measured by qualified meetings and pipeline contribution, not activity volume alone.

What you'll do

• Generate and qualify opportunities for Account Executives through outbound and inbound motions.
• Run structured outreach sequences and follow up on marketing-sourced interest.
• Support demand generation campaigns, including email, event follow-up and content-led offers, with Marketing.
• Qualify fit against our ICP and book discovery meetings for Sales.
• Keep CRM records and handoffs clean.
• Share market feedback with Product Marketing and Growth: objections and the messaging that resonates.
• Keep refining targeting and talk tracks based on what converts.

What you'll bring

• Experience in demand generation, BDR/SDR/BDO or early-stage B2B SaaS sales development.
• Strong written outreach and confident phone and video conversations.
• Organised follow-up habits and comfort with CRM tools.
• Curiosity about AI governance and enterprise buyers in risk, compliance and technology.
• Resilience, coachability and a metrics-aware approach to pipeline.
• Professional judgement when representing Holistic AI to prospects.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, data, security or GRC software.
• Experience supporting events or webinar follow-up.
• Familiarity with modern sales engagement and marketing automation tools.
• Experience testing messaging alongside Product Marketing.

Compensation
