Job Title: Technical Lead

Duration: 06-12 Months

Hourly Pay Rate: 49 CAD

Job Description:

Join our team as a Technical Lead responsible for delivering platform architecture and hands-on solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and will be instrumental in architecting and governing multi-instance, multi-brand environments. You will work closely with cross-brand engineering teams to ensure consistent and scalable patterns, contributing to a fully connected commerce ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience.
• Hands-on development on a live, scaled production platform.
• Deep expertise in cartridge architecture, SCAPIOCAPI design, and performance tuning.
• Ability to make and own technical decisions end-to-end.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce OMS architecture.
• Knowledge of order routing logic and fulfillment workflows.
• Familiarity with integration design between OMS and SFCC storefronts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver platform architecture solutions with hands-on involvement.
• Architect and govern multi-instance, multi-brand SFCC environments.
• Define shared vs. brand-specific code boundaries and establish cartridge inheritance strategies.
• Standardize CICD and deployment pipelines.
• Guide cross-brand engineering teams toward consistent, scalable patterns.
