Hourly Pay Rate: 63 CAD/hr/

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with deep expertise across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, integration, and architecture experience and have a proven track record delivering enterprise marketing automation solutions in Agile environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Interaction Studio, Audience Studio, Salesforce Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Datorama, Pardot, and Customer 360 Audiences.
• Advanced understanding of marketing automation technologies, SFMC ecosystem and data models, common integrations, and third-party technology solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce platform technologies including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com Platform.
• Prior experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer.
• Strong understanding of integration and security design principles.
• Enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Solid hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and limitations.
• Experience using web services and enterprise data integration technologies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred, ideally including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• HTML5 / CSS3.
• DevOps and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud products.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation solutions.
• Design integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise applications using web services and related technologies.
• Define systems strategy, gather requirements, create solution designs, develop prototypes, support testing, and assist with training efforts.
• Apply enterprise architecture, security, and integration design principles to scalable marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions and enhancements.
