Hiring Specialist

We are seeking a Hiring Specialist to manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in talent acquisition. This role offers a flexible schedule and remote or hybrid work options.  

Responsibilities:  

- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.  

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.  

- Manage job postings and recruitment channels.  

- Conduct reference checks and assist in the onboarding process.  

- Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with hiring policies.  

- Improve hiring strategies to attract top talent.  

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Hiring Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.  

- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and HR best practices.  

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.  

- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.  

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
