Job Title: SailPoint Developer

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)

Duration: 06-12 Months

Hourly Pay Rate: 70 CAD/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage AI Security Assessment engagements. This role involves conducting comprehensive AI/GenAI security, governance, risk, and compliance assessments, facilitating workshops, and evaluating AI platforms and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance on secure AI adoption and manage project governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity delivery
• Experience leading enterprise security assessments and advisory engagements
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, cloud security, and governance frameworks
• Strong executive communication and client-facing consulting skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, and AI Threat Modeling
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI/ML Security
• Knowledge of Security Compliance and Regulatory Frameworks

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI Security Assessment engagements
• Conduct AI/GenAI security, governance, risk, and compliance assessments
• Facilitate discovery workshops and interviews with stakeholders
• Perform AI threat modeling and identify potential risks
• Develop gap analyses, risk ratings, and remediation recommendations
• Create executive-ready assessment reports and presentation materials
• Manage project governance, timelines, risks, and customer communications
