Job Title: RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 06-12 Months

Hourly Pay Rate:  53 CAD/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, Automation, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and automation solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, BI Reporting, Data Analytics, or Automation.
• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred in fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BI reporting and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, Automation tools, and Semantic Data Modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets, data transformation, and ETL processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset and intellectual curiosity.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of IT terminology, technologies, and industry practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using BI and automation tools.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement effective business and technical solutions.
