Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our dynamic team in Toronto. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting and troubleshooting RESTful APIs, with hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and MuleSoft Studio. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in shifts to cover 6:00 AM IST to 11:30 PM IST.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in RESTful API Development Support
• Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and MuleSoft Studio
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines and Nexus
• Expertise in L3 production troubleshooting support
• ServiceNow experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Hands-on experience with development tools and frameworks such as Dynatrace
• Monitoring and Dashboard creation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of core Java
• Experience working in the Banking Domain
• Fundamentals of Azure
• Mindset to take responsibility and ownership of incidents and act accordingly

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Ping Federate
• Understanding of API Gateway
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and SDLC processes
• Experience with Spring Boot

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for RESTful APIs
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and maintain dashboards to ensure system performance
