Job Description:

The Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for technology equipment and systems within the logistics environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to support business operations. The position also assists with system installations, monitors data center infrastructure, coordinates with internal and third-party support teams, and maintains inventory of technology assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Client Windows 10/11 operating systems and Client 365 applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Familiarity with network connectivity, including Wi-Fi support.
• Experience managing technology asset inventory.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT equipment and systems within the logistics environment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for associates requiring IT assistance.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of new technology systems and services.
• Monitor data center alarms and coordinate maintenance activities with third-party vendors and global technology teams.
