Hourly Pay Rate: 45 CAD/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a GenAI Developer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AWS cloud services.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered):

• Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
• Machine Learning (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
• AWS Cloud (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway)
• 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML development

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required):

• MLOps and CI/CD for AI/ML deployments
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, FAISS, ChromaDB)
• BFSI domain experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role):

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning models
• Develop AI-powered APIs and microservices for enterprise applications
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and prompt engineering techniques
• Utilize AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and API Gateway
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud-native applications and enterprise platforms
• Perform model monitoring, optimization, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
