Job Title: User Experience (UX) Design Engineer
Job ID: Â 26-01017
Location: Mandaluyong, 1550, PH
Work Setup : Hybrid (2x a week Onsite )
Duration: 6 months
Shift : Night shift (9pm – 7am)

Salary Range : 60k to 80k (negotiable depending on experience)

Job Summary:
a. Must have and Good to have skills:
Must have:
- Interaction design & prototyping — wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and micro-interaction design in tools like Figma, Lovable.
- Strong presentation & storytelling skills — framing design rationale persuasively for stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams
- Salesforce platform understanding — familiarity with Salesforce UX patterns, Lightning Design System components, and platform constraints when designing for enterprise/CRM environments with clear understanding of front-end component alignment (UI to backend integration)
- Strategic ownership & proactiveness — driving the "why" behind decisions, shaping problems before being handed a brief, and bringing ideas forward rather than only executing what's requested
- AI-augmented workflows — using AI for research synthesis, rapid ideation, generating first-draft flows/wireframes, and content generation.
- Prompt engineering familiarity — writing effective prompts and navigating AI tools efficiently.
