Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in data warehousing.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking and financial domain.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and SSIS package development.
• Experience with MS SSIS/SSRS, IBM Netezza, MS SQL Server/Sybase database.
• Familiarity with AWS Redshift and AWS Glue.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AWS Cloud services (Spark, Redshift, and EMR).
• Knowledge in lending systems and MDM systems for customer demographics.
• Understanding of retail and commercial deposit system processes (Core banking in the Canadian banking domain).
• Strong solution knowledge in AWS Cloud and hands-on experience with ETL processes like Kafka message processing.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Understand and manage complete data warehouse systems requirements.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and SSIS packages.
