Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities and risks, and translate them into formal requirements. You will serve as a liaison between the business and project teams, including developers, testers, and other downstream data sourcing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in BASEL regulatory reporting, capital calculations, and credit risk.
• Proficient in handling large volumes of data with strong SQL skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed business requirements and resolve business systems issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Experience in successful project completion within budget, time, and project office methodology.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Drools.
• CBAP, CFA, or CSC certification.
• Experience with BigData, Hadoop, and Data Lakes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive information gathering sessions and documentation.
• Highlight scope, financial data sourcing requirements, and gaps.
• Recommend business solutions that add value to clients.
• Ensure traceability of requirements to deliverables and test cases.
• Contribute to successful project completion by identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
