Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

• Processespopcorn project list and mailing labels(400 labels)
• Handles the popcorn card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups(400 cards)
• Handles theornament card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups(2,800 cards)
• Ships ornaments to donors(3,200 ornaments)
• Research returns on popcorn and ornaments
• Assist the Donation Database Coordinator in sending the TSRHC institutional cards to departments(3,500 cards)
• Assists in ornament shipping
• Fulfills and processes thehappy holiday acknowledgement cards(average of 1,500 custom Christmas cards)
