Community Managers (Arabic Speaker, remote)

This is a fully remote role, based outside the UAE.

We are looking for aCommunity Manager to join the M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment social team and work primarily across the Marjan account.

Working closely with the Social Media Executives and Senior Social Media Manager, the role will be responsible for managing daily community engagement across Marjan’s social channels and helping build stronger relationships with its audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor comments, messages and mentions across assigned social channels.

• Respond to community queries in English and Arabic in line with agreed tone of voice.

• Maintain fast and consistent response times across platforms.

• Escalate customer service issues, complaints or sensitive queries to the relevant team.

• Identify recurring audience themes, questions and sentiment.

• Flag reactive opportunities, trends and relevant community conversations.

• Support moderation and reputation management across social channels.

• Work closely with the wider social team to ensure responses are aligned with current campaigns and messaging.

• Maintain community management trackers and escalation logs where required.

• Support reporting with community insights, sentiment and key audience trends.

• Help develop FAQs, response templates and community management guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have1–3 years of experience in community management, social media or customer engagement, ideally within an agency, hospitality, destination or lifestyle environment.

They should be organised, responsive and confident handling both positive and negative interactions in a professional way.

Fluent Arabic and strong English are essential. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
