The Opportunity

Join our Talent Acquisition team as aRecruiter – Fixed Term, managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and business functions while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners.

This is a fixed-term opportunity ideal for an experienced recruiter who can quickly integrate into a dynamic environment, take ownership, and make an immediate impact.

This is afast-paced, high-demand role for someone who thrives on changing priorities, tight timelines, and delivering high-quality results under pressure.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple requisitions and business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage talent through direct sourcing, Boolean search, social media, and professional networks.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights, recruiting data, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and urgent hiring needs while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
• Use recruiting metrics and data to identify trends and improve results.
• Ensure accurate ATS/CRM documentation and compliance with recruiting policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced degree +3 years, or Bachelor’s degree +5 years, of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven success managingmultiple requisitions in fast-paced, high-volume or high-demand environments.
• Strong sourcing expertise and experience with ATS/CRM platforms;Workday preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability tostay focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong sense ofurgency, accountability, and ownership without compromising quality.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and insights.
• Fluency inEnglishrequired; additional languages (Spanish) are a plus.
