Lab Technician 1

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborativeLab Technician to serve as a critical R&D bridge between our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Services) and global R&D functions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in marine coatings to drive customer satisfaction, support new business development, and ensure seamless technical execution across projects and product solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for carrying out laboratory paint making, panel preparation, testing etc.
• Provide technical support to internal chemist.
• Keep 6S in working environment

What You’ll Bring:

• College degree in chemistry, chemical engineering,  polymer science and material science.
• Fluent Mandarin and good communication skills.
• 0-3 years’ work experience on coating.
• Customer orientation and team work spirit
• Good operational ability
• Good communication skills
