PE Accountant

Helpware is a global company providing outsourcing and customer operations with teams in the USA, Mexico, Ukraine, Albania, the Philippines, and other locations worldwide. We partner with innovative companies and help them scale by taking over operational processes so their teams can focus on strategic, high-value work. 

We are growing and opening a position for an PE Accountant.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting the registration process of new Private Entrepreneurs (PEs). 
  Workload: 200−250 PEs simultaneously. 
• Assisting with opening bank accounts, providing further support, and consulting on PE liquidation. 
• Preparing and submitting tax reports for PEs. 
• Paying taxes, compensation, and insurance contributions. 
• Providing consultations on opening accounts in payment systems and processing payments. 
• Interacting with government institutions (tax authorities, banks, etc.). 
• Preparing contracts and invoices. 
• Providing consulting support to team members on PE-related matters. 
• Other related services for the request of Helpware. 
  

Requirements:

• Experience working with Private Entrepreneurs (PE) in accounting, economics, or finance. 
• Understanding of Ukrainian tax legislation (especially for PE Group 3). 
• Experience interacting with government services/institutions. 
• Ability to work with banking systems and financial documents. 
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with large volumes of information. 
• English sufficient for internal communication (minimum B 2.1). 
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables). 
• Strong motivation to learn and develop in accounting and finance. 
  

Would be a strong plus:

• Experience working with Private Entrepreneurs in accounting, economics, or finance. 
• Experience interacting with government services and institutions. 
• Advanced Excel skills (analytics, visualization, working with big data).
